If you're feeling stuck in a job that drains your energy… one that leaves you little time or income to serve, give, or live with purpose—then this may be the breakthrough you’ve been praying for.
I’m Rich Feola. 20 years ago, I asked God if I was meant to become a pastor.
My original vision for my life, after conversion, was simple: Become a pastor, and help my flock grow closer to Christ. I distinctly remember the day in college when I donated all the money in my bank account to "Voice of the Martyrs" after reading the story of the rich, young ruler. I didn't want to go into ministry for money in this life, but to give God the glory.
But... that wasn't God's plan.
He gave me a clear word:
“No. I want you to pay your own way. Like Paul. Freely you have received, now freely give out what I've taught you. Never ask for money” (Matt. 10:8).
I didn't really know how I was going to do that, since basically every denomination or missionary has to ask for money (and there's nothing wrong with that... it just wasn't God's will for me).
So I went to work instead. After being in jobs that were stressful and time-sucking (like knocking doors and other sales jobs)... I eventually built a business instead (in 2017).
Using smart systems, my sales skills, lean strategies, and (eventually) AI… I scaled a digital agency to $4M/month.
That success didn’t just bless my family. It empowered me to give 20%+ of my net income to fund church plants and missions across Asia—all without asking anyone for donations.
God did way abundantly more than I ever could ask or think: instead of just being in one location being a pastor of a few hundred people, I've been able to impact millions instead.
Now I help Christians do the same:
Build a business that funds their life, fuels their giving, and frees up their time to serve where God calls.
A business that doesn't have:
